An old airforce base , now known as caernarfon airport. First time there today and was surprised how tidy it was and you are very close to the aircraft that come in. Highly recommend on visiting. It also has a museum.

Our flight was originally booked for 20th February 2024, but was rescheduled due to bad weather. Two days later we had a great fight with clear skies and sunshine! Daniel, our pilot, was incredible. I have mobility issues and nothing was too much trouble. My partner and I asked lots of questions and took plenty of photos which Daniel encouraged. This was our first experience in a helicopter but it won’t be our last, Daniel made it so pleasurable we’re saving up for a longer flight. A shout out to the other gent working with Daniel who took pictures of the three of us on my behalf and he helped me out the helicopter. I honestly can’t recommend here enough. The location - superb, price - very reasonable, the staff - fantastic and the experience as a whole absolutely incredible. Book and enjoy yourselves, you won’t regret it 👍

Spotted the flyer for this place whilst holidaying in Rhyl. Called up and book two short trial flights for our family of four. 20 minutes each, one adult and one child in each trip along with the captain, absolutely smashing bloke flew us up over Caenarfon castle, then up towards the mountains before turning around and journeying over Anglesey. Full of knowledge and pointed out many sights along the way. We had a terrific time and look forward to returning again in the future.

Last Sunday I had a trial flying lesson. My aim was to see the difference between Flightsim and a real aircraft. The pilot was an excellent teacher. He not only listened to what I hoped to find, but gave me every chance to feel the difference. He taught me to climb, fly straight and descend. How to use the rudder and to trim the plane. He also taught me how to fly straight ahead with one wing down to spot our campsite. It was great and even more then I expected!

One of the best airfields around Situated in a beautiful part of the country right next to the beach. Runways are smooth and long plenty of parking. Staff are always very cheerful and nice to talk to. I fully recommend a full day here at the airport cafe on the beach and a lovely walk you will not be disappointed. Easy bus ride from the airport to Caernarfon Town...
